ICE HOCKEY DEFENSEMAN (redwood city area)

IOHA OTTER/DESERT DOGS hockey teams are looking for three energetic and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy winning and can only play defense.

Job responsibilities include playing the backline only, passing the puck up, defending the goalie and sometimes shooting from the point. There is no travel, looking for “stay at home” player.

1 hour per week

Applicants must be willing to work a flexible nightly time schedule on Wednesday and Fridays. Looking for two players on Wednesdays and one on Friday.

Competitive hockey experience is a must, however, previous participation in pond hockey, roller hockey, street hockey is a huge plus.

Successful applicant must be able to get along with a wide variety of misfits who like beer. Applicants should play an edgy game, have their own equipment, show up on time and don’t get offended if they are blogged.
