After a slim win last Friday, the Otters are reeling after recent injuries. Their twenty-five person roster is now down to seven players (pictured here).
Stalwart defenseperson Jules Nolet took a wicked shot to the foot and will be out of the lineup upwards to two weeks. Here is a picture (no fooling.

Likeable Rob Caplan, as reported earlier may be done for the season. It can now be reported that he has a disc problem. Here is one that was taken out this past weekend.

Ted Brown will likely miss next Friday's game with a lower body injury. "The Sniper"
hurt himself two weeks ago when he was dragged down to the ice and only aggravated it more last week. Still, it shouldn't really hurt his golf game but won't allow him to play or make the big party. Here is Ted:

Three Otters are on injured reserve list with "hair" issues.
Chuck Jewett appears to be losing more hair than normal

Dmitri Smirnov has gained some hair and cann't fit into his helmet.

Tom Muthig thought he was applying Brylcream to his hair but unbeknownst to him some smartass switched it to Rogaine.

Big Alan Nolet is now sidelined indefinitely with a hand injury.

Wesley Leung, as reported earlier, may not be back for the rest of the season or lifetime. Leung the terrorist sustained a terrible thumb injury when it got jammed in his machine gun.

Four other Otters are possible scratches for this week's 8:15pm game against the Polars. Gary Ahern suffered a severe off ice sunburn while vacationing in Hawaii.

Speedy Val Kasvin fell while pole dancing
as did Jim Bohac trying to perfect his wife's whirling dervish moves.
Goalie Jim Pozzabon may or may not make the game as he got hit in the head with his alarm clock pictured here.

There are only three more games left before (a) the Ice Oasis closes or (b) the playoffs start on September 12th. Which Otter players will be ready???
